Welcome to DTF Direct LLC. By using our website, placing an order, uploading artwork, purchasing products, or using any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please review these terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Overview

DTF Direct LLC provides custom DTF transfers, gang sheet printing, DTF supplies, and related products and services. These Terms of Service apply to all website visitors, customers, and users who purchase from or interact with our website.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Orders

All orders placed through our website are subject to review and acceptance by DTF Direct LLC. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Artwork issues
• File quality concerns
• Payment issues
• Product availability
• Suspected fraud
• Incomplete order information
• Requests involving prohibited or inappropriate content
  
  

If we need additional information to complete your order, we may contact you using the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

3. Artwork and File Requirements

Customers are responsible for submitting accurate, print-ready artwork. Production time begins only after a usable file has been submitted.

Files with low resolution, incorrect sizing, transparency issues, unwanted backgrounds, poor image quality, missing artwork, or other file problems may delay production.

DTF Direct LLC is not responsible for issues caused by customer-submitted artwork, including but not limited to:

Misspellings
Incorrect colors
Low-resolution images
Incorrect sizing
Unwanted backgrounds
Design placement errors
Files submitted in the wrong format
Artwork that does not print as expected due to file quality

If artwork requires adjustment, recreation, cleanup, or additional design work, additional fees may apply.

4. Customer Approval

By submitting artwork and placing an order, you confirm that the submitted artwork is ready for production unless otherwise stated.

If a proof or approval is requested or required, production will not begin until approval is received. Delays in approval may delay the order.

Once an order has entered production, changes may not be possible.

5. Copyright, Trademarks, and Artwork Ownership

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any artwork, logos, trademarks, images, names, slogans, or designs submitted for production.

By submitting artwork to DTF Direct LLC, you confirm that you either own the rights to the artwork or have permission to use it.

DTF Direct LLC is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or intellectual property disputes related to customer-submitted artwork. We reserve the right to refuse any order that we believe may violate intellectual property rights or legal requirements.

6. Production Times

Production times vary based on product type, order volume, artwork quality, file readiness, rush selection, and business hours.

For gang sheet orders, standard production is generally based on the following schedule:

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day are typically ready the next business day.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM are typically ready in two business days.
Same-day rush may be available for eligible gang sheet orders placed before 12:00 PM with the rush fee paid.
Next-day rush may be available after the same-day rush cutoff, depending on the product and order details.

Production time begins after a usable file is submitted. Orders with artwork issues, missing files, special requests, or unusual production needs may require additional time.

Production estimates are not guaranteed unless specifically confirmed in writing by DTF Direct LLC.

7. Rush Orders

Rush production may be available for select products for an additional fee.

Rush fees apply only to production speed and do not include shipping speed unless specifically stated. Selecting rush production does not guarantee same-day delivery or expedited carrier shipping.

Rush availability may depend on:

Time of order
File readiness
Order size
Product type
Current production volume
Business hours

If a rush order cannot be completed due to customer file issues, missing information, or other customer-caused delays, the rush fee may not be refundable.

8. Pickup Orders

Customers who select local pickup will be notified when their order is ready.

Please wait for a ready-for-pickup notification before coming to pick up your order. Arrival before notification may result in additional wait time.

Customers may be asked to provide the order name, order number, or other identifying information at pickup.

DTF Direct LLC is not responsible for orders picked up by someone who provides matching order information unless prior restrictions are communicated in writing.

9. Shipping Orders

Shipping times are separate from production times. Production time refers to the time needed to produce and prepare the order. Shipping time begins after the order has been packaged and transferred to the carrier.

Shipping costs may be based on product type, package size, weight, destination, and shipping method. Some oversized, heavy, or specialty orders may require shipping adjustments.

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, DTF Direct LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, damaged packages, incorrect delivery scans, or delivery issues outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

10. Order Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information may be provided by email or through your customer account.

Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier and may not appear immediately after a label is created.

11. Supplies and Non-Printed Products

DTF supplies and related products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute, delay, cancel, or refund items that are unavailable or affected by stock issues.

Some supply orders may require additional handling time depending on quantity, packaging requirements, or product type.

12. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because DTF transfers and custom-printed products are made to order, custom orders are generally not eligible for return or refund once production has started.

Refunds or replacements may be considered if DTF Direct LLC determines that an error was caused by our production process.

Refunds are generally not provided for issues caused by customer-submitted artwork, including low-quality files, incorrect sizing, spelling errors, unwanted design elements, or incorrect file setup.

Order cancellations may be requested, but cancellation is not guaranteed once production has started.

Supply orders may be eligible for return only if the product is unused, unopened, and approved by DTF Direct LLC. Shipping costs may not be refundable.

13. Color and Print Variations

DTF printing may produce slight color differences from what appears on a screen. Screens, monitors, and mobile devices display colors differently and may not accurately represent final printed output.

DTF Direct LLC does not guarantee exact color matching unless a specific color-matching service has been requested and confirmed before production.

Minor variations in color, placement, texture, finish, or print results may occur and are not automatically considered defects.

14. Application and Pressing

Customers are responsible for properly applying DTF transfers unless application is purchased separately from DTF Direct LLC.

DTF Direct LLC is not responsible for transfer failures caused by improper pressing, incorrect temperature, incorrect pressure, incorrect time, incompatible garments, washing issues, or user error.

Customers should follow the provided pressing instructions and test when necessary before applying transfers to final garments.

15. Pricing and Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price shown at checkout is the price applicable at the time of purchase unless an error occurs.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders affected by pricing mistakes, or contact customers for approval before proceeding.

Payment must be completed before production begins unless other payment terms have been approved in writing.

16. Website Accounts

Customers may create an account to view orders, manage information, and access order history.

Customers are responsible for keeping login information secure. DTF Direct LLC is not responsible for unauthorized account access caused by customer negligence, shared passwords, or compromised login credentials.

17. Prohibited Uses

Customers may not use our website or services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, infringing, or misleading purposes.

We reserve the right to refuse orders involving content that we determine to be inappropriate, illegal, offensive, infringing, or otherwise unsuitable for production.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DTF Direct LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to the use of our website, products, or services.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that specific order.

19. Changes to These Terms

DTF Direct LLC may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
