Refunds and Returns Policy

Overview

At DTF Direct LLC, many of the products we offer are custom-made or produced specifically for each order. Because of that, most sales are final.

We do not offer returns or refunds for issues caused by customer-submitted files, artwork quality, sizing choices, spelling errors, design errors, or other order details approved or submitted by the customer.

If there is a problem with your order due to a production defect, damage, or receiving the wrong item, please contact DTF Direct LLC as soon as possible so we can review the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom DTF transfers
  • Custom gang sheets
  • Premade gang sheet uploads
  • Opened or used DTF supplies
  • Products created from customer-submitted artwork or specifications
  • Sale items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect


Order Issues

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact DTF Direct LLC and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos if applicable


We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution is appropriate.

Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in limited cases, including:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged
  • There is a clear production defect


If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have been notified that a refund was approved but do not see it yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank


Processing times can vary. If you still do not see the refund after checking with your bank or card provider, please contact DTF Direct LLC.

Exchanges

We only replace items when there is a verified issue such as damage, receiving the wrong item, or a confirmed production defect. If an exchange is approved, the replacement will be for the same item or order.

File and Artwork Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all uploaded files and order details before submitting an order. DTF Direct LLC is not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Low-resolution artwork
  • Incorrect file dimensions
  • Missing transparency
  • Spelling or design errors in submitted files
  • Incorrect product, size, or quantity selected at checkout


Please review your files and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has shipped, carrier delays are outside the control of DTF Direct LLC. However, if your order arrives damaged or there is a shipping-related issue with the product itself, please contact us as soon as possible.
